CNQ AI · Meet Riya

Riya doesn't
assist your team.
She works on it.

Riya is the AI agent built into CNQ, our cloud operating system. She reads the mail, updates the CRM, chases the invoice, files the leave request and closes the books — across every app your business runs on. You set the rules. You approve what matters. She does the rest, at 3 AM if that's when it needs doing.

Somewhere in your business, right now,
a capable person is doing this.

Not the work you hired them for. The work that sits in between it.

None of it needed a human.
All of it took one.

Not another chatbot

A chatbot answers.
An agent acts.

Most "AI for business" is a text box bolted onto the side of your software. You still open it, still ask it, still copy the answer somewhere useful. Riya sits inside the system where the work actually lives — so the work finishes without a round trip through you.

The usual thing

An assistant in a box

  • Waits to be asked
  • Hands you a draft — you send it, file it, log it
  • Lives in one window, blind to the rest of the business
  • Answers from the public internet, not your ledger
  • Forgets the correction you made yesterday
  • One more tab, one more subscription, one more login
Riya

A colleague inside the system

  • Watches for the trigger and starts on her own
  • Sends it, files it, logs it, then follows up
  • Works across mail, CRM, HRMS, payroll, finance and drive at once
  • Answers from your records, your history, your numbers
  • Correct her once — the process changes from then on
  • Already inside CNQ. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate
How she works

Four steps. The same four,
every time, at any hour.

There's no magic in it, and that's the point. Riya runs a loop you can read, audit and switch off. Scroll and watch it turn.

01

She reads the signal

A form is submitted. An invoice ages past its due date. A stock level drops below reorder. A candidate replies. Riya isn't sitting in a chat window waiting to be summoned — she's watching the events your business already generates, the ones that currently rely on somebody noticing.

02

She checks your rules

Before she touches anything, Riya reads the policy you wrote: approval limits, discount ceilings, who signs off on what, which customers get handled personally. She works inside your role-based permissions — never around them. If a rule says ask a human, she asks a human.

03

She does the work

Not "here's a suggestion." She drafts the quote from your last three, updates the CRM stage, files the PDF to the right Drive folder, schedules the follow-up, notifies the manager and posts the entry to Finance. One task, six apps, no hand-offs, no tabs, and nobody re-typing anything.

04

She learns your edit

You change a line in her draft. You reject an approval. You reorder how a report reads. That correction isn't lost in a chat log — it becomes how the workflow runs from then on. The tenth week with Riya should need far less of you than the first.

A day with Riya

The work that used to fill
your day, already done

This is what an ordinary Tuesday looks like when the busywork has somewhere else to go.

08:40 AM

Before anyone opens a laptop

Eleven enquiries arrived overnight — website forms, WhatsApp, two marketplace messages. Riya has read all of them, created the contacts, tagged them by product and size, and put the three that look serious at the top.

Your morning starts at the decision, not at the data entry.
10:15 AM

A quote goes out in four minutes

The bulk enquiry needs a price. Riya pulls your last three quotes for the same product, applies your standard margin, drafts it in your language and shows it to you — because ₹2.4 lakh is above the limit you set for her to act alone.

You approve. She sends, files it to Drive, logs it to CRM, sets a follow-up for Friday.
01:30 PM

A leave request that doesn't need a chase

Three days, next week. Riya checks the policy, checks the balance, checks who else is out that week, approves it inside the rules you wrote, tells the reporting manager, blocks the calendar and passes it to payroll.

Nobody had to forward an email to anybody.
04:00 PM

The invoice nobody remembered

#2214 is fourteen days overdue and has been quietly ignored twice. Riya has already sent reminder two — polite, on your letterhead, with the statement attached — and today she flags it to you, because reminder three is where a relationship starts to matter.

The follow-up that always slipped now happens on schedule, without anyone being the bad guy.
07:20 PM

Month-end starts itself

Everyone's gone home. Riya reconciles the day's receipts against the ledger, matches the COD settlements, flags four entries that don't line up and writes the summary that usually costs somebody a Saturday.

It's in your inbox before you are.

These are illustrative workflows, written to show the shape of what an agent does — not results from a named client. What Riya actually runs in your business is whatever you switch on, with the limits you set.

Where she works

One agent. Every desk.

Riya isn't a separate product you integrate. She's already inside CNQ, which means she can see the quote, the customer, the stock and the ledger at the same moment — the way a good operations person does, and the way separate tools never can.

Mail & Chat

  • Sorts the inbox by what actually needs you
  • Drafts replies in your tone, from your history
  • Turns a thread into a task, a lead or a ticket
  • Summarises long chains before your meeting

CRM

  • Creates and enriches leads the moment they arrive
  • Moves stages when the evidence says to
  • Spots deals going cold and follows up
  • Keeps the pipeline honest without nagging the team

HRMS

  • Handles leave against policy and balance
  • Runs onboarding checklists end to end
  • Chases the document nobody uploaded
  • Answers "how many days do I have left?" instantly

Payroll

  • Assembles the run from attendance and leave
  • Flags the anomaly before it becomes a correction
  • Prepares payslips and statutory summaries
  • Never moves money — that stays with you

Finance

  • Chases receivables on your schedule, in your voice
  • Reconciles receipts, COD and settlements
  • Flags mismatches instead of burying them
  • Writes the month-end summary overnight

Drive & Docs

  • Files things where they belong, named consistently
  • Drafts proposals, SOPs and reports from your own work
  • Finds the document from a description, not a filename
  • Keeps versions and approvals attached to the record

Inventory

  • Watches stock against reorder levels
  • Raises the purchase request before you run out
  • Reconciles what shipped against what sold
  • Flags slow movers worth a promotion

Tasks & Projects

  • Breaks a request into the tasks it actually needs
  • Assigns by workload, not by whoever's nearest
  • Nudges what's slipping before the deadline, not after
  • Writes the status update so nobody has to

Meet & Calendar

  • Finds the slot that works for six people
  • Takes the notes and pulls out the decisions
  • Turns "we'll do X by Friday" into a real task
  • Sends the recap before anyone leaves the call
And when you do want to ask

Ask in plain English.
Get the work, not a lecture.

She answers from your records — and then offers to do something about them.

Riya, which quotes are going cold?
Three, if we count anything quiet for more than a week. Sundar Textiles — ₹2,40,000 11 days quiet Anand Traders — ₹86,500 8 days quiet Kavitha Enterprises — ₹1,12,000 7 days quiet
Sundar opened your quote four times but never replied — usually a price question. Want me to draft follow-ups for all three?
Yes. And offer Sundar the volume slab.
Done. Three drafts are waiting for your approval — Sundar's includes the 400-unit slab at your standard margin. CRM updated · follow-ups scheduled · nothing sent without you

What changes

Same team.
Much better week.

The admin hours come back

The copying, chasing and formatting stop landing on people who were hired to sell, build and decide.

Nothing falls through

The follow-up that depended on somebody remembering now depends on a rule that doesn't forget.

Answers from your own numbers

Ask about margins, ageing or pipeline and get your data back — not a plausible-sounding guess.

Work happens at 3 AM

Overnight orders, weekend enquiries and month-end runs don't wait for office hours anymore.

Growth without proportional hiring

Twice the orders shouldn't need twice the back office. Riya absorbs volume the way software does.

One system, not fifteen tools

She works because everything already lives in one place. No connectors to babysit, no sync to debug.

She works for you.
Not around you.

The fair question about any AI agent is: what stops it doing something stupid at scale? Here's the honest answer — permissions, limits, logs, and an off switch that actually works.

Approval before action

Every workflow has an autonomy level: draft only, act then tell you, or act freely. You choose it, per workflow, and you can change it any time.

She inherits permissions, she doesn't bypass them

Riya sees exactly what the role she's acting under can see. If a user can't open payroll, neither can she on their behalf.

Every action logged and reversible

What she did, when, why, and which records she read. Most actions can be rolled back from the same log.

Your data stays your data

Business records stay in your CNQ tenant and are not used to train any shared model. Her learning applies to your workspace only.

She says when she isn't sure

Low confidence means she escalates instead of guessing. An agent that asks is worth more than one that's confidently wrong.

Straight answers

The questions people
actually ask us

Is Riya just a chatbot with a name?
No. A chatbot waits to be asked and hands you an answer — you're still the one who does something with it. Riya watches for a trigger (a new enquiry, an overdue invoice, a leave request, a due date) and then does the work across your CNQ apps. She can chat, and she's good at it, but chatting is the smallest thing she does.
Does this mean we cut people?
That's your call, not ours — but it's not what we've seen work. Riya takes the tasks nobody wanted in the first place: copy-pasting between systems, chasing payments, formatting reports, routing approvals. The judgement, the relationships and the decisions stay with your team. Most businesses use an agent to stop hiring for admin as they grow, rather than to shrink the team they have.
What can she do without asking me?
Exactly what you allow, and nothing else. Every workflow carries an autonomy setting — draft only, act then notify, or act freely. You can cap her by value, restrict which records she touches, and require approval for anything that leaves the company: emails to customers, offer letters, quotes above a limit. Anything that moves money is off by default.
Is our business data used to train AI models?
No. Your records stay inside your CNQ tenant and are not used to train any shared model. When Riya learns from a correction you made, that learning applies to your workspace and nobody else's. She reads your data to do your work, under the same role-based permissions your staff have.
What happens when she gets something wrong?
She will, occasionally — so the system is built assuming it. Every action is logged with what she did, why, and which data she used, and most actions are reversible from that log. When you correct her, the correction becomes part of how she handles that situation next time. And where confidence is low, she's built to escalate rather than guess.
How long before we see anything useful?
If you already run on CNQ, Riya is already there — switch on one workflow, watch it for a week, then switch on the next. That's the honest way to adopt an agent. If you're moving off spreadsheets and a pile of separate tools, the migration is the real work, and our team does that with you.
Does she work with the tools we already use outside CNQ?
Yes. She's strongest inside CNQ, because there she can see the quote, the customer, the stock and the ledger at once. Outward, she connects through APIs and webhooks — payment gateways, marketplaces, courier systems, accounting tools, whatever you already run. Tell us what's in your stack and we'll tell you plainly what connects well and what doesn't.
What does Riya cost?
She's part of CNQ rather than a separate product, and CNQ has a free tier you can start on today — create a workspace at cnq.app and try her on one workflow. For larger deployments, custom workflows or migration from existing systems, talk to our team.

Let Riya take the busywork.
You take the business.

Start with one workflow — the one that annoys you most. Watch it run for a week. Then decide how much further she goes.
